Guidelines for filling up Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Verification Form
 
  1. Fields marked with *are mandatory.
  2. Use only A to Zcharacters while entering Name.
  3. Use only A to Z, a to z, 0 to 9 alphanumerics, comma (,)while entering information in the Address field. Do not use any other special characters. 100 characters only.
  4. Please make sure that you have Valid Email Id, if you do not have an email Id create a new one.
  5. Do not use prefix 0 (Zero)to Mobile Number.
  6. Ensure file size between 100 KB to 200 KB and file type of jpg for Degree Verification Form upload Upload Passport size Photo, Signature and Marksheet.
  7. Upload clear images.
  8. Do not enter dash (-)for the fields which are not applicable or blank.
  9. For Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Verification 200/- (All the fees payments are non-refundable)
