Guidelines for filling up Duplicate Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Form
 
  1. Fields marked with *are mandatory.
  2. Use only A to Zcharacters while entering Name.
  3. Use only A to Z, a to z, 0 to 9 alphanumerics, comma (,) while entering information in the Address field. Do not use any other special characters. 100 characters only.
  4. Please make sure that you have Valid Email ID, if you do not have an email ID create a new one.
  5. Do not use prefix 0 (Zero)to Mobile Number.
  6. Ensure file size between 100 KB to 200 KB and file type of jpg for Duplicate Degree Form upload Affidavit, Passport size Photo, Signature
  7. Attach All Marksheet in single file size between 500 KB to 800 KB file type of pdf.

  8. Upload clear images.
  9. Do not enter dash (-)for the fields which are not applicable or blank.
  10. For Duplicate Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate  220/- (All the fees payments are non-refundable)
